All the staff of front desk cannot speak English. I have tried to use mobile google translate my words into Japanese. It usually works at local restaurants and shops in Japan. So I was very disappointed that the staff of this hotel can not understand the Japanese translated from google at all. When I checked in, I received a notice of general information in English. As per the notice that late check out as per request, so I called front desk to ask for late check out at 12:00 noon. However when I checked out, I was asked to pay ¥500/hour for late charges. The extra charges was not that much but I was not informed beforehand. I believe it is the responsibility of the hotel to explain to the hotel guest for any extra charges that to be incurred. I won’t suggest to stay at this hotel.

豊富な種類の品数の朝食でしたが、味付けが濃く、甘かったです。

古いがまあ綺麗 割高 朝食はいまいち　中華とか冷たかった

快適に過ごさせて頂きました

部屋も広くて キレイでとっても良かったです。

冷蔵庫の閉まりが悪く効きが良くないが、それ以外は周辺のホテルと比較しても良い方だと思います

宿泊するのには何も問題は有りません。

部屋も広く、清潔感もあり満足することができました。

気持ち良く過ごせました 立地も良いので移動も楽でした

普通のビジネスホテルとして立地もよく良かったと思います。

駅から近くて便利でした。 清掃はきれいにしてますが古さを感じました。

街中にありながら部屋が静かであった。

丁寧さを出すためか、声が小さく聞き取れない事がありました。

朝ご飯も和食でボリュームあり満足しました 夕食もホテル周りに様々な飲食店があるので助かりました

中心部で、とても便利でした。 駐車場も、敷地内にあり良かったです。 朝食付で、利用しましたが、 次回は、利用しないと、思う。

お部屋が、綺麗でした

フロントの対応も良く、ストレスなしです。

お部屋が広かったので良かったです。しかし、充電がなかなか出来ないのとシャワーの水がトイレ側ににじみ出てしたがボトボトになってしまいました。
