It’s our first time experiencing Japanese Ryokan, Onsen and Kaiseki meals. The experience was pleasant. I like how the lady who served us immediately dropped the Keigo, and uses simple Japanese words and body language to communicate with us, after realizing that we are foreigners. Although I can understand Japanese language well, I appreciate her efforts to make us feel at ease. The bath was super comfortable and relaxing, my skin felt really smooth after each bath, and I had a good night sleep that night. The ambience of the entire Ryokan was very pleasant and relaxing.

I felt little bit serious about quality of this hotel when I saw comment. but actually, it's nice! especially "daiyokujo", public bath. I used room by myself, that's large! I like this hotel.

Nice place with great customer service

The hotel building is not bad. I felt that the reception at the front desk during check-in was unreliable. It's within walking distance from the station, so it might be convenient for people using public transportation. Perhaps because of the location, it would be an exaggeration to say that there are no nearby convenience stores or commercial facilities. It might be a good location if you can move around that area in a well-planned manner. Maybe it was just a coincidence that the room we used this time had no bathroom. Due to the effects of the earthquake, the open-air bath for men cannot be used, so only the large bath is available. I used it on New Year's Day. Since we made the reservation around September, the price was very reasonable even though it was New Year's Day. The building itself may not be new, but it was well kept and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. Also, the woman who took care of our room and meals was wonderful. The open-air bath was not available due to last year's earthquake, but they offered a free drink with the meal instead, so it was a shame that I couldn't finish all the food, but I would definitely visit again.
