It was my first time staying here. I have a 5 year old child and a 2 year old child. When staying at another hotel, If I had a buffet-style dinner, I would get angry or get bored after the kids had finished eating. We can't eat slowly... This time, I was attracted by the in-room meals and made a reservation. The staff who served and prepared the meals were kind to the children, and the food was delicious, not too flavorful and easy on the stomach. The open-air bath attached to the room was so relaxing that I bathed in it many times. It's thick and my skin felt smooth after taking a bath. I think it went well with my makeup in the morning! lol I wish I could bring my parents with me again this time. Thank you very much for preparing such a wonderful accommodation. I think it's going to get really cold from now on, so please take care of yourselves, all of our employees. I'm supporting you in a small way ^_^

I stayed here last year with my 2 year old son. My children are not yet able to go to the public bath, and they often make loud noises at mealtimes, so a room with an open-air bath and meals in the room are an absolute must.I have stayed at various inns, but this is the inn I would most recommend. I felt that. First of all, the size of the open-air bath in the guest room is very large (depending on the room), and you can enjoy a spacious bath in a size that is difficult to find in places like Hakone in the Kanto region. The food was very delicious, there was someone in charge of my room, and I was impressed by how much he talked to my children. Traffic jams in the Kanagawa/Hakone area are severe, and although Fukushima is a long way from Saitama, you can arrive there smoothly. I highly recommend it as the price is reasonable and you can stay in a spacious room. We plan to stay again at the end of the year.

It was my first time using it. I felt luxurious with my daughters' investment. I thought it would be good to have heating equipment in the changing rooms during the cold season. There were a few things with strong seasoning, but other than that I thought it was perfect.

I used it for an anniversary celebration. The room was very clean and I was very comfortable, and the customer service was very considerate and made me have wonderful memories. There were a lot of nice little things like beer service in the refrigerator and towels in the bath, and I felt it was a really nice inn. Thank you very much.

A ryokan with a calm atmosphere. Meals are served in your room and are served with great care. The hot springs are also wonderful. However, compared to the last time I visited, some parts are noticeably dilapidated. The room was clean, but the moving parts were worn out, the carpet looked old, and there were spider webs on the edges of the windows in the breezeway. We would like you to proceed with repairs or replacements within reason.
