Check was easy! Also I appreciate the bag storage! That was a life saver when I arrived in town a bit early . I was able to go out and explore until check in time. Laundry was also available onsite. Enjoyed my stay. Would book again if I decide to come back again

Location was good. Hotel was clean, safe, and quiet.
Didn't like the AI check in. Was also denied access to breakfast one morning even though I offered to pay by credit card. The room was also too small.

I was worried about being nobody at the front but it was actually working. My only concern is the remaining times of washing machines displayed on the TV. The times are about 3-4 min behind the actual ones. It could be improved.

Check in was easy and quick.Property is clean and near the train station (2min walk - go out exit 4 - walk straight and turn left when you come to the first street, hotel is about 20m on your left). Walkable to everything you want to see in Nara and restaurants and everything are minutes away. The room was clean and has everything you need, typical japanese style hotel room as in size and Facilites. Only downside is there was no need to speak with hotel staff as its all self checkin so it takes abit of the personal experience away but that is where technology is taking us. I would stay there again, nice stay and good price.

Perfect location for Nara. So close to the park and hiking trails and the shopping/dining arcade streets. We loved it. We also enjoyed the virtual check in with the dinosaur/ninja assistant. Clean and comfy

Good basic hotel room. The location is great, close to the train station.
I really didn't like the check-in process. There are NO people - just a stupid projection of a ninja or a T-Rex that bark at you in Japanese. It's totally automated. I'm not sure if you could do a walk-in with out a reservation.

This hotel was clean, had nice rooms with helpful staff. The ac was not blowing towards the beds which was nice. Animated ninja and raptor in the reception was fun, and my kid enjoyed the clean yet fun japanese vibe.

This hotel could be the first to provide computerized services without human staff. This is very successful. There is still one human staff to guide the customers to use the computerized systems. Only one thing not perfect: there is no curtain in bathroom to protect water going outside.

Good basic accommodation in central Nara. We booked this hotel for its robot branding but really it is no different to any other hotel apart from the projected images of samurai and dinosaurs at check in.

Never stayed in a hotel before that was completely android . From check in to check out i never saw a staff member other than the cleaning ladies.

Everything was up to standard. The hotel was clean, it was safe and quiet. There is a collection of manga that you can read in the lobby. If the owners are reading this please add BLEACH manga to the collection :)
