I stayed for 2 nights, and the instructions said that I would only have to throw out the trash and change the bath towels as part of the eco-cleaning, but they made my bed and I felt good when I came back. However, the air conditioner was turned off automatically, so I had to have a cool place in the room. I would appreciate it if you would not turn off the air conditioner etc., as it would be bad if I left medicines etc. I think it's because of the rising fuel costs, but since I'm renting the car, I thought it would be a good idea for the buyer to modify what the guest had done during that time. Breakfast is free for those who apply for a breakfast plan or apply from the official website, but please note that other guests will be charged a breakfast fee of 1000 yen. I had breakfast, and I think it's all ready-made food so you can enjoy the minimum amount of food you need, but it's a really nice service on a busy morning. I had applied for a plan that included breakfast, so it was fine, but when I was asked if I would pay 1,000 yen for a meal, it made me think twice. I think it might be a good idea to go to a family restaurant.
