Great location for transport, plenty of food, huge shopping mall very close by at Tennoji among others. Read some bad reviews about the staff, however I did not encounter any problems. They were polite and welcoming. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better, some dusty corners in the main room and hairs in the bathroom. Rooms with windows facing the street can be a bit frustrating as there are a lot of annoying and repetitive sounds at night. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

この界隈では非常によいホテルだと思います。エントランスも広く、洗濯機、レンジ、自動販売機完備で施設らとても整っています。外国の方も宿泊されるので、夜遅くの笑い声はご愛嬌と思える方がよいと思います。受付の方も非常に親切で、また機会があれば利用したいと思いました。

Weird Smell in the hotel. The room was dirty despite multiple requests for it to be cleaned. Duty was in the corners and on the air conditioner. Mold was found in the shower. Shortly after, I got a bacterial infection. The mattress was thin and the bed was hard. I would feel the spring in the box spring

３泊お世話になりました。毎回シーツ等交換してもらい毎日清潔に過ごせましたが、ユニットバス内の四隅の赤カビが気になりました。これ無かったら☆5でした。コーヒーとソフトドリンクが飲み放題はよかったです。かなり利用させていただきました。地下鉄徒歩２分やJRも５分位で交通の便も大変良かったです。ホテルにコインロッカーもあり、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるし本当に便利の良いホテルでした。また次回利用したいです。
