We stayed here for about 3 days at the end of March this year and WOW. The service was so good. There was a japanes man who spoke and understood english and he was so sweet. All the people who worked here were so kind and adorable! Even the people who lived here. The room was clean, and the location was amazing! There is a little shop - 7/11 type store just below the hotel where you can go buy whatever snacks you want - even a late night one. The food is fantastic and was very interesting and new to us but very delicious! When we first arrived in Iida, we got lost and arrived at like 8 pm. People in Iida helped us and booked a taxi from the hotel for us. We arrived very late, but the people stayed up and even helped us into our rooms and explained everything and were VERY kind. Loved this place, wished I could've stayed longers, and would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope I'll be able to come back to this place again. ❤️

experience: 1. Please be careful with your personal belongings and do not bring valuables with you. 2. Lots of bed bugs 3. There are many service personnel from Southeast Asia and China. The explanation during the meal was very casual and rude. 4. Even in the bathhouse at night, they chatted loudly, preventing the residents from relaxing. 5. As a hotel, it welcomes guests on behalf of Achi Village, but it is having a negative impact on the image of Achi Village. It leaves a bad impression. Experience: 1. Careless personal property, unnecessary management, and valuable East and West. 2. A lot of smelly insects, self-use liquor store provided glue paper arrangement, uninterrupted land management, mental strength exchange. 3. The number of entertainers is Southeast Asia/China, the breakfast/dinner time is completely abandoned, and the dinner is rude. 4. On other nights, we had a meeting in the large public bath, listened to loud voices, laughed at people, and took a rest. 5. Achi Village's accommodation is representative of the local receptionist, but the appearance of Achi Village is very disappointing.

This is a lovely historical inn. The calm atmosphere healed my daily fatigue. There is also an open-air bath in the large public bath where you can relax. The female staff member who guided us gave us information about the local morning market, and we enjoyed a morning stroll. My only regret was that the weather was cloudy and I couldn't see the stars, but I am satisfied that I was able to enjoy my vacation at a wonderful inn.

When I entered the lobby, I felt calmed by the scent of incense (I think everyone has different scent preferences). The temperature of the hot spring was perfect for a slow soak, and the water was smooth and felt soft on the skin. I was able to take a relaxing half-body bath in the open-air bath, which warmed my core. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion seemed to work well for me, and my skin and hair felt moisturized. For the meal, I tried carp koku for the first time, which I was not good at, but I was surprisingly able to eat it. There are definitely a lot of small bones. I could tell that they worked hard to serve customers. I felt it would be easier to ask if I could see her smile a little more.
