There is a step up into the bathroom. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The train station is a 15 minute walk away. Very good small eateries in area.

I liked this hotel a lot, the ground floor is a Starbucks. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful. 15 minutes from the station, really close to the castle ruins

The hotel was in a great location right across the street from Park Ave. mall. There was lots to see and do in the area near the hotel. The staff was amazing and parking was located near the hotel.
The only bad part was the bed. I’m American so I’m partial to sleeping on a nice mattress and this was not a good sleeping experience. I have to give the bed a thumbs down. I don’t plan to stay here again only because the bed was hard, small and so uncomfortable.
