Excellent breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese home-cooked items but some continental breakfast items (fried eggs/breads) are also available.
Spa was spacious and clean. Pajamas (size large) were supplied. Walkable from the nearby Imari station, and ample parking if driving.
During the peak check-in time, there was an English-speaking staff. Staff was always warm, courteous and helpful.

Very nice staff, speaking English, Japanese and Nepali, for a standard business hotel. A nice point is that they offer complimentary bicycles for use in Imari.

It took more than 20 min. to reach this hotel from JR station. We had difficult time to find an adequate restaurant in neighborhood. Imari is a small town and Imari ceramic stores are not located in the town. Bed in this hotel room was hard and not comfortable.

朝食が美味しいと地元の人に聞いて利用させてもらいました。種類が多く美味しかったです。
3人で泊まりましたが、チェックインの後、布団やタオル類が1組足りずフロントに電話したら、すぐに対応していただけました
フェイスタオルは、お風呂にあるのを知らず余計にお借りしてしまい申し訳ありませんでした。
夫が伊万里で単身赴任中なので、また利用させていただきたいです。

全てにおいてパーフェクト！
清潔お掃除もいきとどいてました。
受付の方々の対応も良く、朝食ビュッフェは
和洋中揃っており本当に美味しかった。
強いて言えば‥廊下に匂いが蓄積してるのか
少々不快感を感じました。
今回は生保の優待を利用でき、お安く宿泊することができました。

全体的に古さはあるが、清掃がちゃんとされているのか嫌な感じはしない。フロントには24時間利用可能なドリンクバーがあり、子供向けの絵本もあり待ち時間も退屈しなかった。部屋は普通のビジネスホテルという感じ。朝食バイキングは明太子食べ放題で、和洋中があり個人的には満足しました。
