We did the one day snorkel tour with monsoon, easy booking online through the homepage or instagram, changed dates last minute due to weather and was very well managed - very responsive in english! The tour itself was just perfect! The guide and captain Mister Shoten was super talkative, showed us the most amazing spots for snorkeling, was very caring and he took great pics! This time also a friend of him was on the boat which was even more fun as she was a great free diver! We had lunch at Hatoma island after some snorkeling and then went for some more snorkeling! Truely an experience we will never forget! Thank you so much and hope to see you guys soon!

Stayed 4 nights and it was great. Location is great with a good view. If you want a good room and bath and separate toilet, get a hotel, but this place will give a perfect feel of the island. The service and people are great. Tours offered from the place and the guides are good. But we went in a low season, bathrooms and toilet might be a bit issue during high seasons (mid summer).

Pay attention to the 1 start reviews on this place, trust me they matter. Are you looking for an organization to ruin your trip to Japan by acting pure gangster with you over a misunderstanding? Then go to this place, because its got to be the only place in Japan that will disrespect you in such a way… especially if you’re a woman! Think Sopranos style harassment. Me and my husband booked a snorkeling trip with this place- because yes not only do they offer a place to stay but they also offer tours around the island. We had to cancel the next morning due to sickness and didnt realize there was such a steep cancelation policy. Hoping we could reschedule, or at least have time to go to the atm (thats across the island btw), we tried to work something out with them on the phone. Thinking things were fine we went about our morning only to have them show up to our hotel and demand we go with them “NOW!” or else, to pay a penalty for cancellation. Not only were they unfriendly but thought it was cute to have two grown men against one woman. The worker hiding behind his manager with a smug look on his face, speaking his mind like he was tough (eye roll).

I participated in the "half-day snorkeling tour around Barras Island"! This time we happened to be the only ones participating, so the guide took the time to take care of us carefully. The weather was a little unstable, so I asked them to take me to the main second half of the race early before it got too rough, and that turned out to be the right decision. I was really lucky because the people on the other tour who came later seemed to have given up on snorkeling. The scenery I saw underwater was more beautiful than I could have imagined. The extremely clear sea, with its brightly colored coral and gracefully swimming fish, was a truly spectacular sight, and I was moved by the beauty of being able to see far into the distance. Thank you very much for guiding me to such a wonderful place. The next place we visited was a spot where we could see sea turtles. The guide explained to us, ``You are sure to see sea turtles,'' and we had the valuable experience of actually swimming with sea turtles. Although the visibility was a little lower than the first point, it seems that you can still see sea turtles in this place where they sleep. I was also lucky enough to see a clownfish hiding in an anemone near the bright coral, further deepening my memories. Unfortunately, we were unable to land on Barras Island due to the timing of the tides, but it was still a very satisfying tour. For those who wish to land on Baras Island, I feel it is important to check the tide times and contact the tour company in advance. We were also given photos after the tour so we could look back on our memories. Honestly, I think it would have been nice if you could take a picture of us snorkeling.
