Large room/living space, with a shower/bath/toilet layout great for families. We thought we were getting a city view but were delighted to have a water view instead. Terrific breakfast buffet. Great location, only a few steps from two stations.

I original booked 9 rooms at JP Clement Inn. But the service is so poor. I give us the paid rent and move the JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu. This one I stayed before and still good. I don't understand the same group has such different level.

The staff was very helpful. She made an appointment with the near-by clinic for my friend and took her there.
Very close to the JR Takamatsu, 2 minutes walk.
Spacious and clean room with views of the ocean and the Takamats castle park.
Enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful, modern luxury hotel. I had a great view of the castle and gardens as well as the harbour.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Not completely unfriendly to foreigners but not welcoming either. We were turned away from a half empty steak house because it was “fully booked” even though it was only 1/3 full. Little English spoken. Don’t stay if you have food allergies. All the restaurants had course menus only-no choices
