The location was superb. The hotel is near train station. It is right there when you get off the train. Also it is walking distance to shopping area and restaurants. Very convenient to have shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Love this hotel much, cause it is super closed with rinku premium outlet where I can back and forth from outlet to hotel multiple times without any tired. All digital, very easy to drop your luggage, and there is shuttle bus to airport.

The hotel is nice, very close to the station, there is a shuttle to Kansai airport, it's just a shame I didn't try the breakfast because we had an early flight, next time I go to Kansai again I will definitely stay here again, oh yeah, the price is cheap and the room is spacious

It was a great experience to stay here. They also provide a free shuttle bus to the Kansai airport so it was very convenient, especially when you have an early flight.

One of the best airport hotel in Osaka. Pretty close to KIX it took around 10mins away by their free shuttle bus. I had to catch the flight in the early morning and their shuttle bus started at 5.20 earliest departure. Room was very spacious, large bathtub, nice bedding, with high quality amenities. Just a walking distance from Rinku Town Station by Nankai Train which is extremely convenient even if you arrived late night. Staffs are friendly with decent english speaking.

This hotel is at super convenient location, especially that we arrived in Osaka with late night flight, and it was too hectic to go directly to city center with many luggage. It is walking distance of 5 min to Rinku Premium Outlet. We spent the next day outlet shopping before we go to city center. Very easy check in and friendly staffs. Room was a little old but kept clean and comfortable.

Have a great stay here and they do provide free shuttle bus to kansai airport. Nearby gt family mart and lawson. Easy check in and check out, staffs are friendly, room is spacious.

We were travelling with 2 kids, we just landed at KIX on 21.30 and check in at 23.00. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We got 2 double-bed and 1 single-bed that very sufficient for our family. We could access youtube and netflix also from the room. Overall bedroom and bathroom are clean and very satisfied.

The hotel is very close to Kansai airport, one of the best choices if you want to go to Osaka but are afraid of being late returning to the airport because there is an airport shuttle service. Apart from that, there is a short way to Rinku station & Rinku Premium outlet plus it is extra close to the ferris wheel. Nice 🫰🏻.

At first quite skeptical for the hotel, but once we arrived, it 's very close to the train station and have a path walk plus it have konbini inside the hotel. Very Fast check-in and check-out process, I quite travel a lot but this time, it took around 2-3 minutes, fantastic! The room, very spacious, family friendly (I was travelled with 3 kids) even with 3 bed option, the bathroom also super clean, so I can say that, I had fantastic time stay there. Oh, I'm forgot, they also have Airport Transfer, it'll save a lot if you travel with family.

I stayed 1 night here in order to going to airport early in the next morning and it was great. Room is spacious (compare with other rooms in Japan), clean, and soundproof. Opposite is Trial (big supermarket) and free tax store where you can buy tone of things. The hotel also just 220 m away from airport line, very convenient to travel here by train. It even offered free shuttle bus to Kansai airport. Highly recommend this hotel.
