Hot spring is very good, have several different onsens for women. Particularly good gor having weomen hours at 8-10pm for converting onsen for mixed gender unto women usage only.

the best dinner I have ever had in japan before and the environment is very memorable and unique. A senior staff presented the historical issue of the hotel and a light up moment highlighting the natural environment outside the restrauant before the dinner was served. Its a wonderful experience. Indeed the service, the onsen (hotspring) and food were of very high quality providing the customers a very enjoyable stay.

とても親切に対応いただき、とてもよいホテルです。
チェックイン時から、とても丁寧に対応と説明をしてくださいました。
また、お部屋もとても清潔感がありました。
部屋内のトイレが故障していることがすぐにわかり、フロントに連絡したところ、すぐに対応に駆けつけてくれ、修理ができたようでしたが再発の可能性を危惧してくださり、すぐに代わりの良いお部屋に変更してくださいました。
こちらが恐縮してしまうほど丁寧で親切な対応で、嬉しく思いました。
食事もとてもおいしく、温泉も大満足。
義理の母が来て、子供たちとみんなで訪れましたが、みんな大喜びで、また必ず来たいと思いました。

ビールに併せて刺し身をつまみたかったが、途中からだったのでちょっと残念。
あと最後、テーブルに空になった食器が乱雑に残った状態のままデザートを出され、どうぞごゆっくりと言われた点も何だか悲しかったですね～

広い温泉は圧巻｡百年杉の森のライトアップは美しい。料理は美味、スタッフの方々の細かいお気遣いも嬉しい｡ただ建物は古く、宿泊費の割にツインの部屋の安っぽさにガッカリ。

お風呂はすばらしい泉質と湯量です。
ハ⚪︎イアンズ並のお風呂が全て源泉かけ流しと思っていただければわかりやすいかと思います。

友達から食事も温泉も良かったと聞いたので宿泊しました。本当に一品一品見て楽しめ、味も美味しくいただきました。朝食ビュッフェも品数が多く郷土料理を朝から楽しむ事ができました。それとどの場所に行ってもスタッフさんの笑顔や対応がよく、気兼ねなくお尋ねやお話ができました。
職場の友達にも勧めました。次回は寒い時期に行こうと思います。有難うございました。

温泉の種類も湯量の多さに驚きました。非常に良かったです。晩御飯が非常に良くて、大抵温泉で出てくる料理には半分良ければ満足と思っていましたが、ここは一つ一つ手が込んでいてしかも美味しかったです。給仕してくれた方も親切に説明して下さってとても良かったです。ただ残念なのは朝食で、料理がなくなっているのに全然追加する様子もなく、若い日本人のスタッフの方たちが固まって突っ立ていて、外国人と思われるスタッフの方は一生懸命料理の周りを確認したりしているのに、余りの晩御飯の時と違い過ぎたことがとても残念でした。それ以外はとても良かったと思います。
