Until the day I couldn't check in and wasn't given access by the app and the 3rd party, I had informed them but Traveloka couldn't guarantee that I would get direct access so I had to rent a more expensive hotel, the plan to save money by booking this hotel turned out to be wasteful because I had to rent a hotel nearby at a more expensive price 😭😭
