This was a very nice and cozy hotel. My family stayed in the western style and Japanese style rooms, and while the western style was a little tight, the commodities and good quality bed more than made up for it. The service was wonderful! Knowing some Japanese phrases will help with smoother conversations, but the staff also tried their best to speak English with my family, so I was grateful. We got breakfasts included with our room, and it was so delicious and filling! The hot spring was available to guests once per day, and the staff there were very kind as well and made a great effort to explain information like time schedules and such to us. The location can be difficult to go to for people who don't drive, but the kind staff will order a taxi if you ask them. If you are able to walk the distance alongside the road, the train station and shopping center are about 15 minutes from there, so it could be convenient for some people. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

This hotel has an onsen. The onsen has 2 indoor hot pools, 1 indoor cold pool, 1 outdoor hot pool, and a dry sauna. There's soap, shampoo and conditioner at the bathing area. The changing room has lockers, hair dryers, combs and lotion.

We came here for the onsen which we liked very much. The cold bath had the perfect temperature. We are grateful because the man at the reception spent a lot of time to help us fix a batterie issue with our car. He was so nice!

The staff were extremely rude. I do not recommend this hotel. The onsen is very relaxing.

Good customer service (the staff tried his best to speak English 😂👍🏻) ! Great location too, as there is a Family Mart convenient store and a BBQ restaurant that I went too. The hotel is quite big with around 10-20 floors, and I was surprised by the spacious room, which was larger than expected. A room with one bed costs around 7000 yen, which isn't very expensive considering that this price includes breakfast and unlimited access to the hot spring in the hotel. There are very good and low priced snacks in the hot spring counter. Th hot springs includes a cold spring, bubble massage spring, (not really) hot spring and a hotel outdoor spring. Refreshing!
