The facilities were nice and the staff was very helpful when we wanted an extra room, even though nothing was wrong with our room we just felt it was too tight for four people on futons. The food was pretty good too and the view next to the hotel was absolutely amazing. Onsen was usual I'd say but well maintained and a decent size. They have a few different onsens to choose from as well. Also is a great spot for star gazing!

Staff seen very helpful and courteous. They were also very careful regarding Corona and safety for guests. Depending on the side of the building, you either get a fantastic view of the surrounding area as far as Morioka city, or you get the backside with just trees. The East window seems to have little or no WIFI reception, whereas the west wing has normal reception. The hot spring ...Showers are just push-button with no temperature adjustment. The outdoor rotenburo was nice enough. The indoor pool was also s good size. Also, as a guest you can go to the hot spring that's 5 mins away (a short walk over a suspension bridge)for free. Also has a similar outdoor rotenburo in a wooded area. Be careful of the horseflies in the summer. ... There are plenty of fly swats on hand. The water temperature was hotter here.
