No Hospitality on a certain staff...never stay here again.

I didn't have high expectations at all because the reviews weren't very good and the exterior looked quite dated, but the people at the front desk (two men) were very nice and made me feel relieved. As soon as the elevator to the accommodation floor opened, it was bright and the cloth on the wall was beautiful, which made me feel relieved again! And although the inside of the room can't be denied that it's old, the toilet and bathroom seem to be well-cleaned, and there's almost no foul odor that is common in smoking rooms, and the water pressure in the shower is perfect! The breakfast was delicious as well, and I was satisfied with the cost performance. If I ever go to Miyakonojo City again, I would like to use it again.

I give it 5 stars because the cost performance is good. It's true that the facilities are old and there are higher quality hotels nearby, but I think it's enough for someone who is on a business trip and just wants to sleep in a hotel. If you stayed for consecutive nights without room cleaning (towels changed), you would receive a bottle of Kirishima as a complimentary service. I don't think they do it every time. The location is good so I would like to use it again

It was a stroke of luck that I came all the way to Miyazaki and stayed at a hotel like this. It was so bad that the image of Miyazaki Prefecture as a whole deteriorated. We are only able to manage our business thanks to inbound tourism and students (according to the conversation, it was probably a driving school training camp).
