Nice hotel conveniently located right beside Nagano station. Friendly and helpful staff and walking distance to many eateries and stores.

Great hotel for the money - really nice to be greeted by people. Felt very comfortable and it’s very quiet considering it’s right next to the train station

The hotel was clean, comfortable, welcoming and quiet. Even though we were next to the train station, we didn’t hear anything. There are a lot of dining options nearby but you shouldn’t miss the hote breakfast buffet, which has both Japanese and western options. It was a nice chance for my kids to try some unfamiliar Japanese food. Coffee was great too, and they had to-go cups as well. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. They helped me ship our luggage to our next hotel (takkyubin). There is a coin laundry and the machines dispense detergent so you don’t need to have some. Convenience store (I think 7-Eleven) and Don Quixote 1 block away. There’s a microwave on the lobby floor (4th) and table and chairs on the rooms. Only down side was no drawers to store clothes but there was a closet to hang them. Overall it was clean and relatively spacious for a Japanese hotel. I would recommend it for families and couples. I would definitely stay here again and will look for Tokyu brand hotels in other cities as well.
