I stayed here for 3 nights and went skiing for 2 days. The hotel is about 8-10mins walk from JR station and my ski equipment rental place just round the corner at the hotel. Therefore it is relatively convenient for me. The room is very clean and facilities are quite new, I guess it might be renovated lately. Staff are very nice and helpful. Dinner really amazed me, it was very delicious and lots of different varieties, we were very full every night and satisfied. When we leave the hotel , the staff also give us a lift to the JR station. Overall was a great experience.

We stayed here last week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious meals and convenient location to the ski slopes and rental shops. The facilities showed some age, but are very well maintained and super clean. They even got a cake for me and my son as it was our birthday. So thoughtful! Highly recommended place to stay if you plan to stay in town or near Yuzawa Kogen for skiing. Definitely our choice of stay when we visit Yuzawa again.

The services provided are excellent. Pickup service is provided from and to the train station. All meals are served in the room. They are so polite and provide everything you need. I would recommend it to everyone.

A good location. Two to three minutes to walk to the Yuzawa Snow Resort. Staff are helpful. Room is spacious and with a view from the window. Only complaint I have is the dryer in the laundry room need to be replaced. That took me three and a half hours to dry my clothes.

Spacious rooms. Great services. Well maintained facilities. You might hear train passing by at night but it wasn’t noisy and didn’t really bother me. Would be happy to stay here again. (Didn’t get to try the onsen so do look for other reviewers’ ratings on that)
