The room was great with a nice Jacuzzi, but getting in and out of the Jacuzzi is very dangerous. Plus don't understand why the Jacuzzi was blowing out bubbles from the bottom of the bath making the experience very painful. Great view of the ocean from our room. Service in the dining facility was very strange. Waitress kept coming to our table to take away finished dishes while we were still eating. Real rude having people reaching all over the place while you're trying to eat. Personal working the front desk need to work on their hospitality manners. Upon check in, the lady was very cold. Almost felt like she did not want us there. The waiting room has many drinks, plus sparkling wine. Try to drink some wine but the container was empty. Went to the front desk to let them know, and the same lady told me free wine was not part of the service. But when I went back 1 hour later, the wine was available for free. So I guess the lady was either lying or lazy. Upon check out the young woman working the front desk tried to charge us for drinks we did not order during our dinner the night before. Also, she made us feel like we had done something wrong by asking her to correct the error. Finally, the front desk personal need to be reprimanded and taught how to communicate with customers. Maybe their actions were caused by me being a foreigner, but I will never know. Overall experience was not to good because of the staff, but would probably stay there again because the view from the rooms and the food.

Nice quiet hotel with decent sized rooms and a popular place for onsen. The hotel room charges are inclusive of set breakfast and dinner. The dinner dishes are pretty decent with attentive service.

Location is great, Ocean view room, free parking, delicious breakfast, speedy check in and out, Huge and clean room, public bath, sauna only for men, professional staffs, you will love it here.

This hotel needs a cleaning. Furniture is VERY old and dirty. Photos hide the truth.
