This is a hotel that is working hard. Thank you for your efforts in both food and service. Hotels are an equipment industry, so I feel that if we invest in equipment, more customers will come. The furniture in the hotel room appears to have been renovated. It would be even better if the floor had a wooden look. I was asked about dinner and breakfast times, but I think it would have been nice if they had left it to me. Since I'm traveling, I want to eat whenever I want. This is the trend in recent accommodations. I also think it would be great to have unlimited drinks during your stay. I don't need games, so I think it would be nice if something else was offered. Instead of charging 600 yen per hour for bicycles, I think it would be better if they were free. It's a good opportunity to sell your experience. I think it has enough potential to make you want to come back again.

We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner included. The dinner was voluminous and felt very luxurious. Everything is really delicious and I usually end up eating way too much. During the meal, the staff talked to me, and when I told them that I would be staying in my room to work the next day, they told me that there were no restaurants around the hotel that could serve lunch, so they made two large rice balls for me at breakfast and served them to me. I was impressed by the heartwarming hospitality. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The large public bath was also kept sanitary and I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot springs. There is nothing near the hotel, so we definitely recommend coming by car.

Access was good from both Matsushima and the base. The rooms are clean and the public bath is spacious. The kids had so much fun taking a duck bath and playing with toys! All of the staff were very kind, but the one staff member who was in charge of the morning service was disappointing, and I was a little sad because that was the last one.

I had a relaxing time! I was surprised to see an ambulance during dinner, but I was able to survive thanks to the appropriate response of the nurse who was present, but I was horrified to think that she hadn't been there. Thank you to the three nurses whose names I don't even know 😊
