Old traditional family run inn with simple rooms but really delightful atmosphere. The building is a bit of a patchwork of different eras, but that only adds to the vibe. The food was also delicious even though we only had a breakfast. There’s also a room with an old Iori fireplace which can be booked for meals for truly old style experience. The bath was also nice.

Very old, traditional, family-operated Onsen hotel. We have had an excellent experience. Their food is amazing. Given we arrived on our bikes after a long, rainy day - they even washed and dried our clothes.

Koyabu Onsen's slippery water quality was excellent for moisturizing the skin. I loved the rock bathtub and the old building, both of which had a very calm and elegant atmosphere. I want to go again.
