I came here on my second trip to Kagoshima with my wife.
Last time I stayed at the Shiroyama Hotel and went to the Special Attack Museum in Chiran, but this time I plan to visit Kirishima Shrine in the Kirishima Mountain Range.
That's why I chose this accommodation.
Overall, the building is old and small, but it is homely and not noisy, and you can feel at ease knowing that you can see each and every customer.
Larger hotels tend to have a higher proportion of foreigners than Japanese, but this one is small, so you can relax.
The room is surprisingly spacious and clean.
The bed was a comfortable twin bed, so my wife and I could rest comfortably.
I was happy to be given a private room for both dinner and breakfast.
The food is also delicious.
Another highlight is the hot spring bath.
The surrounding area is a hot spring village, with steam rising thickly and the ammonia smell that hits your nose, strongly insisting that it is natural.
I think the quality of the hot springs is good, or rather, it feels weird to say, but it feels like the hot springs are ``dense''.
The accommodation fee at the inn next door is 1.5 times higher.
The price is also kept low which is good.
I would like to visit Kirishima Shrine again in the future, so I would like to use it again.
