Only problem i had ,was i couldnt open the window to get fresh air i was a bit unwell when i got there,so a little fresh air would of been nice other than that i would recommend this place to everyone

10 mins walk from Keisei Funabashi station but is a reasonable distance with this price. Nakau is located just downstair and 7-Eleven is just 2 mins walk from hotel. Lawson is about 5 mins walk from hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Japan.

Pretty quiet area. Not too far away from the Funabashi subway station, probably took fewer than 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. It’s pretty flat so hauling your luggage won’t be much of an issue. There’s also a vending machine nearby that appears to serve pizza but I didn’t want to hazard it.

Everything from the start, to the finish of our stay was great. We had smooth check-in and smooth check-out. I was able to have a Hotspot delivered to the hotel and pick it up at the front desk.
The deal for breakfast that was included was worth it, and the portions were large!
I would come here again if I'm back in the area.

Staff were nice. Place was small but nice and clean. Great quaint and peaceful area. The restaurant next door was great and there is a 7/11 on the same block.

エレベーターに最も近く、かつ、千葉街道に面している低層階の部屋でした。ベッドに横たわると、エレベーターの動く音が耳につき、道路を車が走る音で、朝5時半過ぎに目覚めてしまい、その後も寝付けませんでした。エレベーターから離れていて、かつ、高層階であれば静かかもしれません。

ホテルはとても綺麗でした。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえて助かりました。フロント係さんに目的地に行くにはタクシーが無難だと教えて頂きタクシーを利用しましたが土地勘がないのでタクシー代が行きと帰りで1000円ほど違いました。フロント係さんにもう少し詳しく声掛けをして頂けたらと思ったのでこの評価です。

エレベーター2基あって比較的待ち時間なしで出入りできました。駅からは離れてますがすぐ横にセブンイレブンもあって不自由は感じなかったです。
ららぽーとTOKYOBAYにも20分くらいは歩きますが行けましたょ。
雨の日はビニール傘の貸出もあり便利でした。
