If you have a family, choose someone. The price was quite low, so I think it's worth the price.

I visited Nobeoka for the first time in a while. It was a large room with tatami mats and plenty of windows, allowing for free exchange of air. The tables were large and it was easy to study, and I was able to practice entertainment without hesitation. The kitchen, bath, and toilet were all in the room, clean and easy to use. If I had known about this place earlier, I would like to continue using it.

The price is quite reasonable in Nobeoka, where there are many expensive hotels, so I think it's a good choice if you want to stay somewhere cheap. However, the smell of cigarettes is very strong, so if you don't like it, you should avoid it. Of course the room was white, but when I woke up in the morning and went out to the hallway, it was completely white with smoke. Smoke from the next room was seeping in through the cracks in the wall, making it quite difficult. It's cheap, so the facilities are old, but that's reflected in the price, so I don't have any complaints. If I didn't smoke, I would be satisfied with the price.
