We spent one night here, the view from the room was spectacular, we could see mt Fuji clearly in our room 💛 the Japanese dinner at night was fabulous!!! The food was delicious and there were lots of varieties of food for breakfast buffet. The service was super good!! And the room was so comfy and the bed was soft, We had a super pleasant stay for our honeymoon at the hotel and wish we could come again near in the future! Highly recommend the hotel to couples 💛

Subject: Complaint About Staff Behavior Dear Hotel Management Team, I recently stayed at your hotel with my family, intending to have a relaxing vacation. I had high expectations for professional service that matches the level of your hotel and the price I paid. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the behavior of one of your staff members who attended to me during my stay. The staff member in question was rude and spoke to me and my family with an inappropriate emotional tone. Such behavior is unacceptable in the service industry, especially at a high-standard hotel like yours. I expected courtesy, professionalism, and attentive care for guests. I would like to request an immediate change of the staff member assigned to take care of me. I came to celebrate New Year with my family, not to face unpleasant experiences or deal with someone with such unacceptable behavior at the start of the year. I kindly request that the management team investigate this matter and take serious action to improve the quality of service so that other guests do not face similar experiences in the future. The onsen hotel lived up to its stellar reputation with its breathtaking views, world-class facilities, exceptional onsen, and exquisite cuisine. The hot springs were a true highlight, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience while surrounded by stunning natural beauty. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff, whose genuine kindness and dedication made the stay unforgettable. From every corner of the hotel, the view of Mt. Fuji is simply spectacular, adding a serene and majestic backdrop to the experience. The in-room kaiseki dinner was another highlight, which was artistic and flavorful feast. The hotel’s branded white wine was the perfect accompaniment, absolutely delightful and highly recommended. A heartfelt thank you to Nukaya and Yuki for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Their efforts made our stay and our special moment even more extraordinary, and we’re truly grateful. This is, without a doubt, the best onsen hotel I’ve ever visited.

The view is stunning, and the service is generally good. However, there was an incident during dinner—a piece of paper accidentally ended up on the pork, which I ate by mistake and immediately felt unwell. The supervisor apologized, and we understand mistakes happen. One thing I find hard to accept, though, is why a hotel this impressive would use cheap, low-quality chopsticks. While it's understandable that disposable chopsticks might be preferred after COVID, they should at least be of better quality. Don’t get me wrong, staff are helpful and friendly.

Fantastic hotel located right on the lake and has magnificent unobstructed view of the Fuji-san. The service was impeccable, hotel offers free pick ups and drop offs from the train station, and shuttle service for the surrounding area upon request. We had an unforgettable time and cannot wait to be back.
