Very easy accessible location and all shopping, dinning and attractions are within waking distance from public transportation. Hotel room is clean and size is good for triple sharing.

I had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights. The check-in process is slow. Something can be done about that though.

After 3 days of the hotel room checked out, my husband found out that he had left a wedding ring in the room, I rang up and contacted the hotel, the staff called Airi ANDO, replied promptly that the wedding ring was found and still keeping it for us, she also arranged a shipment service for delivering the wedding ring to my home in U.K.
It was amazing and thanks for all staffs in this hotel who are such professional and helpful.
We will definitely be returning to this hotel again for our next stays in Kumamoto.

Location is right next to shopping arcade and great eateries. Room is huge and bed is comfortable but carpet is dusty and bathroom 's floor is shaky. Complete amenities are provided.

Staying 10 nights here. Have coin laundry and vending machine. Microwave at every floor and many amenities at the lobby. Nearby bus terminal to go to airport or Fukuoka city. Many options of foods. Coco Ichiban, Saizeria. Nearby have big 7-11 and Family Mart and grocery store. Its all you need and want. Room are bigger than Japanese standard.
