I like egg tart during the coffee time in the afternoon they provided. It was dilicious. Tge taste of donut was good.
Toilet in the room is clean and bath gel and shampoo were well monitored. Easy to find food and do some shopping. Transportation is comvenient. Breakfast is quite ok to me. The taste of foods were good although not much variety. Staffs are friendly.

This hotel was perfect for me. I was on business so the good night’s sleep was imperative. There wasn’t a huge variety of food at the breakfast buffet, but everything I tried was absolutely delicious.
All in all an enjoyable stay in a very comfy room.

The stay at Hakata was warm, clean, and felt safe. The rooms might be a bit small for accommodating several large suitcases, but the cleaning service was done daily. The staff were polite, and they helped arrange a taxi for our return trip. We didn’t have breakfast during this trip. It was a family trip with parents and a child, and the bed was somewhat narrow for three people to sleep together. However, the location was convenient, not too far from Hakata Station, making it a recommended option. Around the hotel, there were 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores. Additionally, there was a 24-hour restaurant next to the hotel with very delicious food.

Small room but conveniently located near train stations, supermarket, BIC. They offer cleaning of room every 3 days of stay. They also have complimentary donuts every 3pm and coffee all day.

Just bed a little hard. Breakfast was awesome and at a great price. Some dust in room around the table but overall quite clean. Clean sheets and towels. Nice bathroom. Have laundromat and ice machine. Have iron and luggage weigher, plus microwave in the lobby. Free coffee and ice-cream making in the lobby. Lawson and Family Mart nearby. Overall a very good hotel.

Great location. Staff are so welcoming and kind. Value for Money. The room given to us is a little bigger from the normal room, which is great since we have 1 kid. They have free coffee (24/7) and icecream in the afternoon. 🥰.

Located near Hakata Station It takes less than 5 minutes to walk. Around there is a convenience store near 7/11, lawson, family mart, eleven, near shopping malls and restaurants, clean rooms, staff and maid service is good. Luggage storage before check-in Convenient road access The room is perfect for relaxation. Is a very good option to stay
