Lobby is on the 29th floor so the view was gorgeous from our room. Amenities were fantastic and loved the size and layout of our room (2 queen bedroom). Personally found the pillows too soft but had no issues calling down for extra pillows which were brought to us very quickly.

Very convenient location, good services. But the entrance of hotel is inside the shopping mall and not conspicuous more instruction will be prefect.
Furthermore, the deposit and tax is required when you check-in and check-out, if the app has indication would be nice.

i overslept and woke up an hour after the check out time, but they were so kind to understand my situation, which made me comfortable and rly want to come back another time.
