The hotel is a minute walk from Ueno Station exit 3 thus its easier for us to move around and near Ameyayokocho Market for shopping and dining. Also really like the free vending machine with the ice cocoa become our daily dosage while we stay there. Will definitely stay here again in future.

Good sleep although the room's space is as common in Tokyo, small and compacted. Clean and still new and that was a great location, only steps from Ueno and Okachimachi Station. There is free drink at the front desk, they also provide microwave and washing machine that you can handle anything.

Even though the hotel is small, the location is really good, close to the station and around the hotel there are many places to eat and conv stores.

Good location near MRT, minimart and culinary area. The room is clean especially the bathroom is the best 👍 the toilet has a warmer 🤣 plus there is an air purifier in the room. In the lobby there is a coffee machine, you can take as much as you like and are free to take toiletries.

Great location. Very close to Ueno station, Ueno park and street food alley is right in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only Japanese channel on TV though.

Hotels near Ueno Station (5 minutes walk), near restaurants There are many stores to choose from (Wagyu beef shop on the opposite side) near Yamashiroya toy shop (almost all toys) near the shopping center Ameyoko market. Impressed.

Hotel staff are friendly, rooms are clean and plus mineral water is provided because not all hotels in Japan provide mineral water. Close to the family mart, directly crossing Amyoko. For those who have already bought JR passes, this tosei is also near to JR Ueno Station

A small room with little living space. But very well-used - body scrubber, razor, cotton bud comb, toothbrush, toothpaste - shower cream, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash - face wash Give a big bottle. (Unlike hotels in Thailand) - hot water - cold water in the bathroom Can order with your heart, don't have to wait for a long time. Very strong. I like. There is no problem with the water faucet. - There are many types of lights to choose from - on - off - plenty of power outlets (both legs and USB) - refrigerators rarely used. Cold weather / air purifiers are always used in The room has a lot of dust floating. Both from our clothes And the floor is carpet-air conditioner not very adjustable. Try and turn it into a heater that is too hot The room temperature is convenient. - There is a coin-operated washing machine, convenient. Try using without having to hang clothes like in Thailand, haha. - Free hot-cold cocoa coffee throughout. Great overall. Like it. Convenient. The hotel is still new. Receptionist is good in English. Good service.

The hotel is near Ueno station exit 3 and Ameya-Yokocho and Okachimachi Shopping Street. Really like the ice cocoa from the hot & cold water dispenser.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Staff are helpful. The hotel's location is great, easy access to trains, attractions, restaurants and shopping. Free coffees is a big plus. We would stay at this hotel again.
