We loved our brief stay in this hotel. The staff were fun and helpful. The room was small but immaculately clean and had all the expected necessities. We enjoyed watching the boats go by from our room... nice big windows! We used a luggage forwarding service to send our bags directly from this hotel to our next hotel in Imabari while we cycled the Shimanami Kaido. The staff helped us to organize this so it all went smoothly.

Small and convenient place with nice views of the waterfront with a balcony on top of the in with even nicer views.
I would expect more for the cost but it is understandable as there are not so many facilities around.

6室予約で15時48分に到着した所、16時からのチェックインなので待ってくれと言われました。男性のフロントマンは何もやる事が無いのに、ただただ16時で無ければチェックイン出来ないとの一点ばり。体調のすぐれないメンバーがいたので早く休ませたかったのですが、まるで融通が効きません。何故そこまで16時にこだわるのか？問いただしたら、駐車場が2台しかなく先着順利用となっているので、16時からしかチェックイン出来ないとの事。当方は車利用でないので影響は無いと説明しましたが頑なでした。
16時になり、やっとチェックイン作業を始めましたが、手際の悪い事、悪い事。一人一人の宿泊票へのサインを求められ、一人一人の領収証の発行もてこずり、最低のチェックインでした。
