Location is good 15 min. Walk to station. There is no daily room cleaning and front desk staffs.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The property was in a great location to walk to food and shopping. The studio had everything we needed for a family of four. Thank you!

Great location and nice size family room. Free welcome drinks were a nice touch. Guest laundry was a great value and the lobby is comfortable.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to travellers who need clean and comfortable accommodation nearby the Namba station.

Well stay Namba is a great location. You can walk to Dotonbori and a lot of restaurants near by. The lobby has sitting area and free drinks like coffee and juice. They also have washer and dryer (coin) which by the way needs to be cleaned 😊. The room is quite small if you are expecting a large room you will be disappointed. The rooms have bunkbeds if your tall wear a helmet. You will hit your head several times like my sisters. If you have large luggage’s you will not have a room to move around. The room has a kitchen right in front of the bunkbeds. I loved their pillows it has little beads inside it and my neck didn’t hurt the mattress cushion was hard for me but my sisters were fine with it. But we only stay there to sleep we were out and about all day and get there at night so it really just served the purpose. When I booked this hotel I was expecting that this is not going to be like a resort. If you want convenience and budget friendly this is a good hotel to stay.

The hotel was fine. The staff spoke english and were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little tight for 4 people with 2 suitcases each, but thats kind of to be expected. The pillows were terribly hard and uncomfortable, but that was most notable thing. They provide free beverages in the lobby along with a vending maching. All in all it was a prefectly fine stay for what we needed.

Liked the free drinks and free laundry. At night it was a little noisy and I couldn’t use the hard pillows. Hotel is very close to everything. Made the trip to USJ a breeze. Staff were very helpful.

This property was VERY compact. Our room was very compact to the point where it was almost uncomfortable. Only one elevator almost was an inconvenience since it seemed like the stairs were inaccessible. But the biggest brightside is the free drink station and the easy check in and check out. Definitely would come again but maybe with less people per room.

The check in process was not great as we talked to an avatar not really knowing if we were talking with someone. Also the room was super small and the pillows were super hard.

Rooms a little small but does the job. Bed and pillow not the comfiest and not able to get an additional from the reception desk. The free drinks and cheap laundry were good also.

The rooms were dark and quiet. The beds were a bit firmer but we all had a good night’s sleep. There isn’t tons of space in the room for opening suitcases but they had coin lockers (500 yen) for our luggage before check in which was really appreciated. It’s easy to find and there is an ice and drink machine during specific hours. We had a nice time in Osaka.

This hotel is clean and no frills. The stay experience is similar to a hostel. Check in is via kiosk but since we didn't book directly, our reservation couldn't be found which was initially concerning. But the staff was kind and helped locate our reservation. The hotel is located slightly outside the main districts and train stations so plan for a bit of a walk.

Deben atender su sistema de A/c, aunque no llegamos a te er un problema mayor; toda vez que si fueron a solucionar la situación , deben poner atención a eso. Sus secadoras en la lavandería deben mejorar. Fue buena la experiencia
