About 8 min walk from Hakata Shinkansen station. Onsen is good, relaxing but a pretty handful of patrons so it can get a little busy. Hotel room was overall clean.

I had a very negative experience with Tono at the front desk. The initial conversation was alright, but he only handed things to me with one hand, and used rough language. We attempted to check in at 12pm, and he let us know that guest check-in commenced at 3pm. We said that was fine, and went to get lunch. At 2pm, we were very tired from traveling, and decided to see if the room was ready. Understanding it was before 3, I can see his frustration. Tono became Irate and was yelling. He let me know that the room was not ready. I enquired further, to see if we can do an early check in. He said yes for 6000 yen. (less than 1 hour till the 3pm check in). After he became increasingly frustrated, we were going to leave the hotel, but he sent us up to the room. I don't know if he was having a very bad day, but that is no way to treat a customer. Other experiences at the hotel were nice, but the interaction with tono the front desk agent was very negative.

Good location near the Hakata train station (10 mins walk), lots shopping restaurants in the train station area and the city metro is also in the train station building. The hotel is good and nice and clean.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Hakata station. Very small bathroom but we did not use because we enjoyed the daily hot springs which is a plus to relax your body. No extra charge. It is safe. The reception is in the second floor without clear instructions. Close to Hakata means lots of good food and transportation.

the hotel is centrally situated and only 5 minutes walk from the central station. The room was spacious and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and sufficient. My friend loved the hot spring which was a bonus for hotels in the city. I will come to stay again next time I visit Fukuoka

The hotel/their services are well organized and excellent. The location is perfect. That is why I always stay here every time I visit Hkata, the largest city in Kyshu Island in Japan. Their breakfast is always very generous and wonderful.
