My recent stay in Sarova Whitesands, Mombasa, was made truly memorable by this wonderful hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and helpfulness were evident. The food was amazing - delicious and varied. Also, plenty of vegetarian options were available. What's more, their honesty and attention to detail shone through when they informed me that we had left a valuable item behind. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

I am an older female, solo traveler and am just leaving Whitesands after a 4 week stay. The staff have looked after me in an exceptional way, tending to my every need. The food is excellent, pools are kept crystal clean and clear, my room was a little bit tired but it cleaned every day had a very comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen and towels. The activity team worked so hard to keep guests happy and enjoying themselves. Already planning to return next January for my 4th stay.

It was good at this facility. They are very busy with conferences especially during weekdays and service tends to suffer due large number of customers. Overall the staff try to do their best and are helpful but often get overwhelmed. The rooms are clean and good and the facility is good for kids stay, with several swimming pools and activities. Food needs improvement.

Our first trip to Kenya was unforgettable. My husband, our two daughters, and I stayed at Sarova, a fantastic hotel with exceptional service. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The stunning ocean views added to the beauty of our stay and we especially loved the yoga classes they offer. Anne, the yoga instructor, was wonderful and a very special teacher . She paid special attention to my bad knees and shoulders,adjusting the poses to suit my slow pace.Her gentle stretches made a significant difference, and her patience and kindness made me feel completely at ease. Bless her beautiful heart. Our stay was incredibly relaxing, and see you again next time Sarova !

The hotel is very big and there is not that many people. The staff is very kind, pools are nice, the beach is beautiful and the rooms are also very good. You have room service 24/7. The coconuts are super good also. There are 3 cats and a bunch of monkeys but they don't fo anything so don't worry. It's very secure and there is a lot of people at your service. The gym is nice for a hotel gym and the restaurants are also amazing. There are also no mosquitos at all. The only thing is that the main dishes at the main food restaurant ( mostly the meat) are not that good, so I would recommend going there mostly for fruits and then eate something better at another restaurant. To sum it up it's an amazing hotel and I would recommend it to everybody. By the way I suggest buying the "all you can eat" version or something like that because if you are like me you will eat a lot and it's worth, it belive me.
