Amazing accommodation! The meals were not just healthy but absolutely delicious. The room was spotless, super spacious and had everything I needed- a wardrobe and a perfect workspace. The staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming, making it feel like my second home. The best part is the price is super friendly too, for short stays or long stays. I'm beyond thrilled and can't wait to come back every time I'm in town 😊😊

It was great especially the food! We arrived a bit late after the kitchen was closed but the chef was called back in just for us. Such a lovely lady! The hot shower was a bit shaky - like water was too rationed or something. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The host, Selene, was gracious, the chef’s meal was delicious and timely, and the beds were comfortable. Stay was with family (+kids) and they were very accommodating, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Villa Serene to me is home away from home. The nature of my profession allows me to travel and any time I'm in Kitale this is the place to be. The staff professional, young and full of energy to attend to you. Cost very reasonable. Keep it up guys.

The place is close to Kitale town, off Kitale/Eldoret road. It's at an affordable rate and includes quality balanced diet breakfast. Staff are very social and helpful especially Lilian who was always smiling and available to help.
