As a person who loves nature, birds trees, quiet and serene environment, this is the place to be. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, it provides a unique ambience. The large open spaces, the vast number of trees, the variety of bird species is just amazing. The food is amazing, the rooms very spacious and clean, the gardens provide for a relaxing outdoors. The service is exemplary.

The location is quite tricky to get to using Google maps, however once lost you can enquire from residents on the way for better directions. Serine environment, beautiful swimming pool and scrumptious food. However, the cocktails weren't worth the costs, no value for money there. During holidays such as Christmas, it gets so so full and overwhelming, so if you want to enjoy the services and amenities such as the swimming pool, make sure you get there early in the morning to reserve a spot and enjoy the serenity.

If there was a way to put minus stars I would. Such a desastrous experience! AC and wifi not working on day 1, poisonous food for dinner and breakfast and on day 2 nearly gazed to death by faulty “repaired AC”. Overworked staff and extremely poor service. Please if you know what is good for you go to Quanam Woods who saved the day and helped me not spend the night in the dark streets of Turkana despite being full themselves they tirelessly looked for a room for me.

Amazing food, especially the kroiler chicken and rice. Also with Tented rooms split type AC control. Cool place to stay.

My experience was good. I loved the tents, their arrangements and the surroundings. Having seats outdoor was a very nice idea where one can relax and get some breeze from the hot 🥵 weather of Lodwar.
