Not much of a complaint of the room which we’re in. It’s on a high floor (16F) with a view overlooking the city whereby the famous Lisboa Hotel was right in front. But it’s just that it’s kind of noisy day and night. Not sure was it due to construction or maintenance on the floor directly above. Since it’s just a night stay for us, so we didn’t care much. What was worth to mention here was the friendly staff at the lobby and the concierge. They’ve been assisting us for quite a bit with the public transportation as well as the local payment system, and we wanted to send our appreciation to them.

Extremely present stay. We booked a room with access to their club lounge, and the lounge offered complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea set and cocktail hour with good selection of alcoholic beverages and plenty of food. We did not have to dine out in the evening at all. The service was excellent - when there weren't space for cocktail hour, they took note of our room number and then called us when tables became available. It's not a new hotel and there were signs of wear & tear, but the condition was otherwise excellent. High ceilings made the room airy.

Good location, decent rooms, attentive to children, friendly staff, quiet rooms, willing to accommodate early check in and later check out. One downsides are no drinking water provided but there is a water dispenser in the room which is not super practical to use and Hotel lobby overcrowded. In general it’s pretty good hotel with the rate we paid.
