Pasal hal perabot & fasiliti tu memang macam review pelanggan sebelum ni, betul-betul perlukan pembaharuan sebab terlalu uzur & kebersihan pun tak terjaga. Tapi yang paling kecewa, screenshot order ID kat whatsapp yang sepupu saya tunjuk kata ada breakfast dalam pakej hotel ni masa check in jam 10malam 23 April tu, boleh plak front desk staff kata takde ya, dengan suara annoying-nya masa cakap dengan saya macam nak marah kita pula, siap suruh deal dengan aplikasi sendiri. Dah la kita book untuk sepupu datang dari jauh. Sikap staf & keadaan hotel ni tak berbaloi dengan harga bayaran.
