- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability. - Housekeeping is provided for the stay more than 2 nights. - Offering transportation services to / from Kuala Lumpur International Airport with standard price. - Avoid loud talking and noises inside or outside of the house. - Immoral or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Only for the purpose of residential accommodation. - No smoking, pets, and explosive materials are allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed at smoking area only which is balcony. - We are not liable for any losses or damages caused to a guest's belongings. Accommodation Policy & General Information in Amadel Residence . 爱媄德民宿
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 3.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.
