Thank you for your hospitality Mr. Sean! Amadel residence was great! City area with convenience amenities. Interior of the apartment was nicely renovated. The host was very responsive. Very strategic location, near to mahkota hospital and more shopping mall destination. View from the balcony is the best. We will definitely come again👍

What a pleasant stay here! I have searched for many properties near to Mahkota Hospital but didn't regret that I chose this one. Sean is a very helpful host. I even asked for booster seat for my baby. All equipments work well, kitchen, toilet, room, everything just so spacious and I felt safe to let my baby explore every corner. We enjoyed the pool as well. Easy access to Mahkota Parade. And what a balcony! We can enjoy the city view peacefully. Definitely a must to book!

~ GENERAL INFORMATION: - - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to unit availability - Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable during peak season - Host will meet up guest during check-out. Punctuality is crucial during check-out as a respect and consideration to next arrival guest on the same day - Swimming pool & gym are located at ground floor from 8am to 9pm daily - Offering transportation services to / from Kuala Lumpur International Airport with surcharge ~ What guest shouldn’t do: - - Smoking in the unit - Durian & Jackfruit - Pet - Party - Music & noise at full blast - Heavy cook - BBQ - Immoral & Illegal activities - Early check-in & late check-out without permission ~ What guest should do: - - Take off the shoes while in the premise - Tone down voice after 10pm as a respect to our neighbors’ peace and privacy - Wrap the rubbish and unused items properly before check-out and throw to big garbage can next to lift at existing floor - Smoking is only allowed at both balconies - Prepare clothes detergent for washer purpose - Only light cooking and foods heat up are allowed - Host will not be liable for any losses or damages caused to guests’ belongings - Host will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or misadventures - Make sure property items are within place. I just stayed in this apartment for one night and I was really satisfied! The location is very strategic, close to the Mahkota Hospital. The service from the owner was also exceptional. They were very responsive and very helpful with the self check-in. ⭐.

The place is spacious and comfortable. We booked two units for our group of students. There is a laundry and a refrigerator that we can use. We feel this place is like home and even better. The place is close to the city center, it ' s easy for us to find food. One more thing, Mr. Sean, the host, was very helpful from the time we booked, until we checked out. Unforgettable service and hospitality. 🙏. .
