Not bad, nice mountain view, owner provided all the necessities, just stairs to the attic room too steep not suitable for elders & hazardous to children, but overall worth the price, despite no kitchen for my unit, but fully complete with cooking utensils, microwave, large fridge, bbq pit, Induction cooker, rice cooker, TV with working channels, working hot showers with no water pressure issue, clean towels, praying mat/sejadah provided, no damage tap except toilet door knob, with private balcony with 2 tables & plenty chairs for chilling & dining, overall satisfied.
