The staff that helped me checked in was very helpful and informative about terms and conditions of payment and refund. The belboy over there was accomodating and taking initiative by carrying our luggage into our hotel room. The location is super strategic where you can access a lot of places like Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Fahrenheit 88, Lot 10, and especially MRT, LRT, and Monorail as well. Don't forget about such affordability can get you a lot of benefits staying there!

the staff is so friendly and helpful. the room is clean and comfortable. and the most important is the location is so strategic. 30m walking to lot 10 foodcourt. 250m to pavilion mall, 7-11 in front of hotel. many food beverage kiosk in front of hotel such as koi milk tea, tokyo secret cheese cake (so yummy), kebab, ice cream turkish, etc

We love to stay here. The room was spacious, complete with amenities and near touristy spots. Only a minute into Pavilion Mall and Lot 10.

The best hotel. With affordable price, strategic location. Near everywhere. To Jalan Alor about 10 minutes. To Pavillion Mall 2 minutes. Pharmacy next to the hotel and Seven 7 in front of it. Places to eat just outside the hotel. To the Twin Towers take Grab only 9 Ringgit. To Saloma Bridge 12 ringgit.

The room atmosphere is quite good, for the environment, if you want to go to the mall, it's very close, just walk there, this is the 4th time I've stayed at Ansa Hotel Bukit Bintang
