I booked this hotel since the location not far away from Adventist Hospital. The location is very strategic. And lot of restaurants nearby. The room was good. Perfect choice when we want to have a medical checkup at Adventist.

Parking issue. Validate card before exit, charge for Rm10. Press for help no one attend. Complaint to front desk but front desk divert to parking security which have to go to security office in basement. Unclaimed due to paid. Complicated process. Lastly force to pay for it. Very bad experience of it. The first and the last visit sorry.

Old building, but clean. Those who want to seek treatment at Adventist Hospital. It's really nice to stay here. Just walk across. Many local food places on the right side of the hotel.

Check in and check out are fast, because arriving at the hotel during the day you are allowed to check in before 15.00 (according to check in time), there is a deposit of RM 100 which is returned at check out after deducting tax of RM 13 per night. The room is clean even though it is an old hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful, Adventist Hospital is very close, located across from the hotel. Breakfast is varied with a vegetarian menu.
