Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the units. A penalty is equivalent to your deposit to be levied as smoking smell prevailed for a long time.  Refund is to be made subject to : NO Food / fruits with pungent smell or strong colouring (such as Durian / mangosteen).  No damaging, No missing items,  No illegal activities, No over soiled items in the home Etc. 5.  Upon receiving your Security deposit and fees that an Entry Pin number shall be sent to your good self through Whatsapp or you may call our reception at +60168297268 or Ms Irene Goh at tel +601116356575  for any clearance.   6.  How do I make a SELF check in the Apartment ?   Please proceed to the security section at the entrance of the Apartment for assistance to get to the LETTER BOX ROOM. Use the given pin no to open the letter box for the UNIT KEYS before you use the lift to access the unit.  FLOOR LEVEL is according to the unit you booked.  ( e.g unit 1705 is 17th floor etc..) 7.  How do I self check in whereby it's a landed property?  Similarly,  the home keys are in the letter box outside the gate.  Just take it and open. 8.  How should I do if I want something extra or request to improving a possible discrepancy in the Home ?   Our dedicated service counter operates from 9:00am am till 9:00 pm daily.  We are committed to do,  to further improve or to replace it to the best we can for the maximum comfort of our valued clients.   9. Standard delay check out fees  *  Two bedder unit Rm 50.00 per hour  *  Three bedder unit Rm 75.00 per hour  *   Three bedders and above Rm 100.00 per hour.  Over 3 : 00 pm is counted as one (1) day.  Check in time : 3 : 00 pm   Homestays with prior booking is only acceptable to extend up to 2 : 00 pm only .
