I reported that the TV doesn't work, but they only read my message and not replying it. Checked out on 28 Aug and not refund my deposit until now. They even not chat me to inform why not refund it. Have 3 lifts, but only one lift that works. So it may took 30minutes to reach G level. Management is so bad and I'm not satisfied. As a management, do not leave the guests wondering if the guests ask for something. Please improve the services.

I've read a bit about the property. It was true, the surrounding is old. Given the unit is a penthouse at the highest level, we waited for 15mins for the lift. The unit is average, little maintenance. The floor was full of mop marks when we entered. There are traces of ants in the room and hall, which made us uncomfortable to consume food inside, which we didn't since there are plenty of coffee shops around. The last thing was the deposit, took me 3 days to get refunded. Won't stay again. Would rather pay more for other homestay.
