the location is very strategic, the staff are all friendly and ready to help 24 hours if there is a problem. Very close to the MRT and Monorail, it is not difficult to find a place to eat because here it is close to KFC, MCD, street food and also very close to Alor. Want to go to the Pavilion near. Where can you walk and the location is always crowded until 1 or 2 in the morning so if you want to go home at night do not have to worry. Minus the hot water can't but if I go to KL again I will definitely stay here again.

The officers are friendly, the place is quite comfortable too. Just looking for the hotel is rather difficult. Because he is in the building again. Its position is the right hand side of the guardian and the hotel is on the 2nd floor. It's really the same as the KL pavilion just going up to the street, as well as culinary tourism too.

The clerk was very friendly, the room was decent, but comfortable. Only the hotel is on the 2nd floor, so it goes up a small staircase, and the stairs are to the right of the guardian. Near to KL pavilion, same as culinary tour.

This is the very first bad experience I ever had when I want to stay here, I arrived at the hotel in afternoon and the receptionist said that they already move us to another hotel in china town, because the hotel is under renovation and said that already contact us to our number that registered directly to their administration and they said that we didn't accept the calls, which we don't know whom number is that they called and I told the receptionist to call the number in front of us but still not connected and don't know who number they called, funny. They should be make the room unavailable when I want to order, not make it as available but change it in the duedate! poor hotel management!

According to the staff there, the premises do not belong to the hotel. Therefore, the hotel operation can be disrupted by any slacks or deficiency in their cooperation on the part of the premises owner whose timing can be totally out of sync. For example, maintenance related to the premises is under the premises owner who actually caused the room that we booked to be out of commission. We were also not informed by agent prior to our arrival. However, the hotel responded by giving us alternative which is arguably slightly better.

Avoid this hotel ! I booked a room with window for 3 nights. When I came here the receptionist just gave us the room without window. And we complained because the room with window has higher price than the room without it. The receptionist told me "your booking price is cheap, so we give you the room without window" very unprofessional hotel. The room is tiny, and the noise from outside is very loud, the room smell was not good. Very disappointed!

The location is already okay, we stay 4 days. The first day was immediately transferred to the hotel in the art market, disappointing! I chose the hotel because of the location, if you were moved, I was disappointed.

The room was a bit dirty specially on the bed sheet there was a small blood stain its very small and it was covered with bed cover, however it shouldn't be used anymore. We stayed for 2 nights but only get 1 water bottle, can be nice if water dispenser with hot and cold water is available altho they will provide hot water if asked.

Location is so good, but hard too find Goldbrick Hotel for the first time. Sign Goldbrick Hotel its too high, so I can't see in near, I walk until finish Jl. Bukit Bintang so I can see the sign Goldbrick Hotel. I think because Goldbrick Hotel is 3rd floor.

I ordered a family room a month ago but we were told the day before I wanted to check in if the room we ordered was damaged and replaced by 2 rooms that were dusty and dirty. My husband's room even has an empty mineral water bottle that they forgot to throw away, right? 😒 No more staying there.

Orders do not match, must be considered again and it is true with the review of people about the small room. but no problem. The cleanliness of the terrace and access to the stairs to the hotel is very dirty, maybe because every floor is different so there is no responsibility. But for a place value of 10. Everywhere is very easy and very crowded.

Bad hotel, God forbid and terrible service. The room booked does not match. The room asked to be cleaned 3 days, not cleaned, bad, don't want to stay in this hotel. The worst thing is that it's just opposite the hotel opposite.
