The rooftop pool is really good. But unfortunately, the hotel staff is not very friendly.

Cheap with a room size that can accommodate up to 5 people, can swim (it was just right when we were staying there, it was raining so it was closed 🥲), Checkout is easy as long as you have confirmed it with the receptionist.

One family was swollen” all because of being bitten by fleas, no staff responded.. The iron” mattress came out all over the body was sore and bumpy skin”.. It seems like all the staff here are not trained properly.. 4 nights with 220 ringgit per night all you get is sore body & bumpy skin”.. WON'T RETURN HERE AGAIN

The staff's friendliness is top ♥️ The place is comfortable And the staff is not complicated

Firstly,they charged a lot ,200Rm，double the room rate price（100Rm)as the deposit.And gave me a very long contract and two cards.One is room card,the other one is elevator card.I only knew if the card has been lost,all the deposit 200Rm will be punished. The second day,above 11am,we went to the swimming pool,and left our room card inside my room.So I went to the reception to ask them to open the door for me. The front desk staff replied to me waiting in front of my room.So I asked my father waiting in front of my room,and I went to the swimming pool.He had waited at least 1 hour.After they opened the room door after half past 12 o'clock at least,my farther told me back,and then I prepared to check out.But when I checked out at 1 o'clock,they charged me 30Rm for delay.They claimed they opened the door at half past 12.They made me waiting so long time without any apology,but charged me 30rm for the reason they called delay beyond checking out time 30mins and didn't give me any proof or fine receipt,just returned 170Rm deposit. So,I apply to get my money back,formly

For a hotel option for families or groups, this is very suitable. Cheap but complete facilities. Bathtub, rooftop swimming pool with twintower view, gym, cafe, and near food court. The road in front is wide so if you order grab it will come quickly and comfortably

It's not difficult to find food, after exiting the apartment, turn left for 10 steps and there's a 7-Eleven, turn right for about 50 meters and there's a Family Mart, and on the rooftop there's a cafe, we just had a few drinks.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Upon entering my room, I noticed that the cleanliness was far below the standard I expected. The floors were not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had visible dirt in various areas, including the sink and shower. To make matters worse, I encountered a cockroach in the room. This was extremely unsettling and concerning, especially for a hotel that I trusted to provide a clean and safe environment. What’s more alarming is that my wife developed skin irritation shortly after staying in the room. The irritation appeared to be a result of the uncleanliness and possibly the presence of pests. I understand that occasional issues can arise, but these problems were quite serious, and they significantly impacted my experience. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into these concerns and take necessary actions to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Please get refund back if i have pay extra with clean.

The staff is not very friendly, but still willing to help. The worst thing is that the iron bed springs are all sticking out. I had to sleep on the floor rather than get sick. The next day I moved rooms. It was the same. The bathtub had no water plug. I couldn't soak. The sink was clogged. The funny thing is that the bathroom area is connected to the bed, no partition. So you have to clean it up or it won't smell good. The good thing is there is Ali Food Corner which is cheap and tasty behind the hotel.
