Registration staff was friendly but the room was so bad. I was greeted by mushrooms growing everywhere so you can imagine how "clean" it is 🤮 the mushrooms are diverse and growing so healthily too 😅 it was late and I was too tired to change another room so I just bear with it but I'm never going back. ðŸ¤

Environment is very bad. Room is dirty, ceiling got mouldy, and bathroom is old and disrepair. Bed is really hard, felt uncomfortable to sleep. Slept one day and felt very itchy. Seems like got bugs that bite me or something. Booked 2 days, but only slept for 1 day and then booked other hotel. Unfortunately couldn't claim back refund for one day as online agent said it is non-refundable. This room is unacceptable and won't stay there again, ever!

The amenities are an amazing, really beautiful hotel with a good location. However, we felt cheated as we wanted to book through agent our stay extension which was cheaper than the price at the reception desk. As soon as we showed what we wanted to do to the hotel representatives, they called the management, talked with them in their language and on the spot made all the hotels sold out so that we cannot check in through the app. My husband also had issues while wanting to go to the breakfast place-we had no breakfast included, to say hi to our friends having breakfast there- the representative asked him to pay 20RM for breakfast per person. Of course, we didn't, because we didn't have it! Social skills and good communication are something that urgently needs to be improved. Otherwise, if you do not pay 160RM for a room at the reception you might get mistreated.

The bed is so keras. The heater written in Mandarin, can't control also. Almost burn myself during shower. Doesn't look like what show in the photos review. Plan want to relax but end up sleep on the hard bed. The blanket also not nice. Towel look old and dirty.
