capitol hotel is strategically located, just 5 minutes walk to - alor street (many food stall), - mrt - lot 10 mall (many food) - right beside 7/11 and kk mart so no need to worry if you hungry. also 24 hr room service with affordable price food. breakfast was good, and room was clean, nothing to complain. keep up the great quality.

The front office is not very friendly but access and transportation are very easy and close to the culinary center. The room is clean but the building is old, it looks like an old hotel but it is quite comfortable. The distance to the tower is quite 15 minutes if you walk. Thank you

Suitable for culinary tourism in Bukit Bintang, also near Plaza Low Yat, those who like walking or light jogging can try the Twin Tower, it's quite a fat burner if you go there.

view from the room.. for toiletries there is no toothbrush and hotel slippers, the interior of the room is old-fashioned, but it is comfortable because it is close to everywhere, the check out/in process is very fast. forgot to take a photo of the room furniture

Excellent customer svc. Poor bed. 100% bad support for the bed. The mattress was like been used for past 30years. Won't suggest for people who needed good mattress to rest on. Excellent location. Excellent front desk service. Excellent concierge (luggage) service. Poor room service.
