Stay for one night. Overall OK. Hotel with enough facilities, lift, pool, cafe, walking distance to kg morten and can view the river cruise while dining

The charges charged by travelika was much higher than market price. And the facilities available in hotel was not up to the mark.

The hotel location is not too far from the crowd, places to eat are close by.

the cleanliness of the room is the most unsatisfactory... the bed is also noisy and itchy and full of dust. I have stayed here before. The room condition is very satisfactory.

It's okay to sleep. Simple, and there's a pool upstairs.

New staff no good telemucation.

Need to repair the mini fridge as not working. Otherwise all is okay.

Nice place to stay within walking distance to eateries at Kg Morten.

The sheets are dirty. The water heater is also dirty. Lots of dust.

I have no choice to"pen"down on my experience at this hotel. My first stay at this hotel was great. No qualms bout the good smell of the room or the good process of check in/out. My second stay after few weeks; Room was a little dark with less lighting, smell on pillows and bedsheets & no heater from the shower. Room looked eerie 🤢 Wanna give another try staying here, so I booked a room for 2 again; 15/08/2024. I arrived at the hotel around 11am plus. Check in time is 2pm. Very well understood with the terms. So, I walked at the counter at 1.45pm. Receptionist said,"bilik belum sedia lagi. Belum bersih. Check in pukul 2 saje". I asked,"Antara pukul 12pm-2pm, bilik tak bersih lagi ke? Saya booking bilik awal pagi tadi, hotel tak tau ke customer nak check in?"Receptionist,"tak. Tak bersih lagi"😮😁😆😅😱🤨🧐😤 OK. I walked again to wait at the very hot non air-conditioned lobby 🤣🤦🏼‍ ♀ After 2 mins, I walked at the counter to carry on with the check in processing but still Receptionist/she never gave me the room card 🤣 Well, went to carry on sitting at the very hot lobby again 🥵 I decided to walk again around 1.58pm. 🤣🤦🏼‍ ♀ Still to my surprise! She said,"Bilik belum ready. Check in pukul 2pm 🤦🏼‍ ♀🤣 Oh my God! I said,"Lebih baik tukar masa Check in: 2pm kepada Check in: Hanya selepas bilik dibersihkan"🤣😅 Finally she gave me the card at 1.59pm 😅🤦🏼‍ ♀ You are chasing away the customers if you do not even have little kindness in you. Receptionist turned into sulky one just cause I wanna go into my room at 2pm. Wats playing in my head now,"bilik tak bersih lagi"! 🤣 Even dah hampir pukul 2pm, bilik tak bersih lagi! If you have read my review and didn't encounter what I went through means service has improved 👍.

Affordable price and the room is big. The location also good.

Hotel Sentral Melaka is a very high quality hotel, starting from its friendly staff, strong family ties. Very clean hotel, i love it.

Clean, close to Putra Hospital.

Good hotel, I only saw that the reception was a bit rude when talking to me, but I saw that they were talking with gentle feet too. Because I'm an Indonesian woman. So serving Indonesian people is a bit rude. Sigh.

The parking lot is ready, there is a parking attendant who is a guide, the cheapest and very comfortable. Rooms are RM85 or RM150...all facilities are available.

Hotel is excellent abd very worthy with money.

Dirty toilets were climbing. The veil has stains. Floor x broom.

Worth it to stay over again. Near places can be explored by walking distance to those who enjoying walking 😊.
