Sepertinya perawatan hotel kurang baik. Lift rusak, pegangan pintu copot, shower tidak bisa di set tegak karena kemungkinan ada pin yang patah. Btw, lokasinya strategis, 3 menit menuju aeon mall dan IKEA.

good location to shopping complex like aeon, ikea and tesco. we choose family suite for our stay and it is a real big room. the surrounding is a bit scary because it was dark and too quiet. you have to pay RM50 deposit with cash only and can be refunded during check out. if you looking for a place just for staying through the night then this will be a suitable place.

It is not a hotel here, so it is recommended to be a guesthouse for guests to be surprised. The service has nothing but room to sleep. The staff is not friendly and does not support anything even though the passengers carry heavy luggage ....

1. the staff are very friendly. 2. I stay at hotel tebrau ct and booked malay suite. . at the photo, it show the bathroom have a bathtub. .suddenly, doesn't have bathtub, please remove the picture. you just make the client confuse and feel upset. 3. the floor is not clean enough. .feel so greasy include the bathroom. 4. please bring back the 3 in 1 sachet; coffee or nescafe in the room. .

The location is close to Aeon Mall, lobby and toilet rooms are nice. What needs to be improved is the carpet in the room and the hallway to the room because the carpet is not good. Overall, it's pretty good staying at this hotel.

The room was very big. The toilet and bed were nicely arranged. Love the style of the room. The price was cheap and hotel was strategic. Walkable to Aeon and most importantly was the cleanliness.

The location around the hotel is quiet, only strategically located in the Aeon Mall. The rooms are narrow, the windows are small and cannot be locked. The hairdryer and toilet faucet were broken, the receptionist only received a response awaited but did not arrive.
